A real estate veteran for 30 years, Nancy Hofmann began her accomplished career as a licensed Maryland sales agent in 1987. She was a top producer for many years in the Towson office before becoming its manager in 2014. Her passion for architecture led Nancy to enter real estate at age 21 and she quickly blossomed in the business. As Branch Vice President for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, she brings proven experience and extensive insight that are invaluable in helping her agents succeed.
Nancy manages an exceptional team of energetic, productive and respected sales associates and is responsible for the operations and growth of the Towson office. As a non-competing manager, she invests a great deal of time in coaching and training her agents, using a hands-on, no-nonsense approach that’s focused on growing their business and optimizing quality service for their clients.

Nancy is an astute businesswoman and team leader who holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Corporate Communications. She was raised in Towson, MD and currently lives in the Cub Hill suburb. Her professional affiliations include sitting on the board of directors for the Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors, and The GBBR Charitable Foundation as well. Nancy also has her own local lifestyle website (www.livetowson.com) that she created as an agent, and is very active in the Towson community and Chamber of Commerce.
